Be sure to pre-book your due date

Expecting clients should reserve their due date in their second trimester to ensure you receive a spot on Emily’s calendar. Pre-booking a newborn session guarantees you a spot on Emily’s calendar within the first two weeks of notification of the baby’s birth (pending that there are no complications).

Clients will receive a session guide with all of the information on what to expect, what to pack, what to wear, etc. Clients will also complete a questionnaire where props and colors can be chosen before your session so that sets can be designed and ready when your little one arrives.

All props are provided to ensure your photos align with Emily's timeless style, as seen in her newborn portfolio. All newborn sessions occur in Emily’s studio on Monday through Friday with about an 11:00 am start time. Studio location is About 45 min south of Albany, NY

The Timeless $550

Up to 2-3 hour session for baby only (parent and sibling add on available)

10 Hi-Resolution Digital Images

Approximately 4-6 setups

Includes wrapped, naked/outfit, and prop poses

Images purchased are hand edited and delivered in full resolution with print release

session scheduled M-F in the morning

Add siblings OR Parents poses - $50

Add Parent and Sibling poses - $100

Swaddled Newborn $350

Up to 1 Hour Session

5 Hi-Resolution Digital Images

Session is for baby only (No parent or sibling poses)

Swaddled poses only in approximately 3-5 setups

Images purchased are hand edited and delivered in full resolution with print release

DIGITAL ADD ON

If you would like to add extra images beyond your package, that's absolutely fine. Additional photos cost $20 per image, 5 for $85, 10 for $160, or 20 digitals for $300

A $200 non-refundable/non-transferable session fee is required to secure your session. This will be applied to the collection you selected. The remaining balance is due on the date of your session. Session retainers must be paid and a contract signed within 24 hours to retain your session date. Session fees and details are subject to change at any time - and are locked in when booking your session.

During the sessions this is also a great chance to relax and enjoy a much-needed break. Feel free to sit and watch as I carefully document all the tiny details you'll cherish forever. You're also welcome to snap behind-the-scenes photos or videos too.
