The sweetest window is usually 7–10 days old, when babies are still extra sleepy and curly. That said, every baby is different — if your little one is older, still reach out and we’ll talk through the best option.

All newborn and baby sessions are held in my studio in Albany County, NY. Just 30 minutes south of Albany, NY. It’s fully prepared with props and setups so you can relax while I photograph your baby.

The studio is filled with carefully curated wraps, outfits, bonnets, and props chosen to photograph beautifully and keep your baby comfortable. You truly just need to bring your baby (and yourself).

I will send you a prep guide that will go over everything you need to do to prepare for the session.

As early as you can — most families book during their second trimester. My calendar fills quickly, and reserving early gives you peace of mind knowing your baby’s spot is saved.

No worries at all. When you book, you’re reserving space around your due date — not a single fixed day. Once baby arrives, we’ll schedule your session at the perfect time.

Occasionally, I do have last minute availability. Please inquire if your baby is slightly older as it might determine if you'll be wanting a newborn or baby session. 

Newborn sessions are intentionally slow and unhurried, typically lasting 2–3 hours. This allows plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and cuddles — because babies run the show here.

After booking, you’ll receive a simple prep guide with all the details. The short version: the studio will be warm and cozy, so dress in layers. Feed your baby shortly before arriving, try to keep them awake for a bit beforehand, and bring extra diapers, a bottle or pump if needed, and a pacifier (even if baby doesn’t usually take one).

I provide all wraps, outfits, and props, so there’s nothing special you need to bring unless there’s a meaningful item you’d like included. If parents or siblings are being photographed, simple, neutral clothing works best.

Most importantly — come relaxed. We’ll move slowly, follow your baby’s lead, and take care of the rest together.

Yes — depending on the collection you choose. Newborn sessions are primarily focused on baby, with options to include parents and siblings as add‑ons.

I specialize in studio newborn photography. The studio allows for consistent lighting, proper temperature for baby, and carefully prepared setups — which helps create the calm, timeless images my clients love.

You’ll receive your online proofing gallery within 1–2 weeks of your session. Once your selections are made, final edited images are typically delivered about 2 weeks later.

You don’t need to know how to pose your baby. You don’t need to stress about schedules or perfection.

Your only job is to show up — I’ll gently guide the rest.
