Some stories write themselves. This one has been unfolding for over a decade — and I feel so honored to be holding the pen (and the camera) for it.

Saasha first discovered my work about ten years ago. She saw a maternity photo I had taken, and without knowing me, without even being pregnant at the time, she said, “I am going to have this photo one day.” At the time, I had no idea who she was — or that this single image would start a story that would entwine our lives in the most beautiful way.

In 2018, I photographed Saasha and her now-husband’s engagement. Then came their wedding that I photographed. Then maternity. Then newborn. Then family. And now, here we are — awaiting baby number three, surrounded by waterfalls and sunlight in the very same place where it all began.

Yes, the exact spot where we recreated that photo Saasha dreamed of a decade ago.

And let me tell you… the moment we stood there again, this time with two little ones at her side and a glowing belly cradled by love — it felt like time had folded in on itself. A full-circle moment that hit me right in the heart.

This wasn’t just a maternity session. It was a love letter to the journey we’ve all been on together.

It was magic.

To say I’m lucky to do this work feels like an understatement. I don’t just photograph people — I witness legacies. I freeze moments that become memories. I get to watch love expand over time, and call it my job.
